The Klinii electric toothbrush and oral irrigator has a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Defects are not considered natural wear and tear or damage caused by external conditions (falls, pinches, defects from careless use, etc.).

The Klinii Electric Toothbrush and Oral Irrigator is designed for adult use.

The use is safe for everyone, unless the person has specific instructions from a dentist or hygienist.

As well as if there have been no complications in cleaning the teeth, gums or any other specific requirements from the doctor in the previous experience.

An oral irrigator is designed to help clean food residues and bacteria more effectively, which have remained between the teeth, in hard-to-reach areas and behind the gums.

It is extremely useful tool for those who don't like flossing or flossing causes increased bleeding gums. Also, for people who have braces, implants, crowns or any other problems that prevent effective cleaning between the teeth.

Before cleaning
Switch on the toothbrush only when it is in the mouth. Otherwise, the toothpaste can easily fall off the brush head.

Do not press the toothbrush head strongly against the teeth. Move it back and forth slowly.

Use a timer
A reminder to change the cleaning area every 30 seconds can help you divide cleaning into four stages. As a result, the cleaning will have been uniform in all areas.

End the cleaning process when the toothbrush turns itself off after 2 minutes of being turned on.

After use rinse the remaining toothpaste on the toothbrush.
Every two weeks or so, remove the toothbrush head to clean out any remaining toothpaste. Over time, it can interfere with the full functioning of the toothbrush.

We recommend changing it every 3 months.

The first recommendation when starting use is to remember to turn on the irrigator only when you have placed its nozzle in your mouth or, if so, direct the jet to the sink.

When starting use, for the first two weeks, we recommend using the 1 - 3 regimen. Gradually increase the power of the mode you are using to give your gums time to get used to the change in brushing habits.

Slowly move the tip from one side of the mouth to the other, aiming for between the teeth as well as the gum area. The first times you use it, you may experience a stinging and strange feeling from the water jet. However, it will disappear with time and the experience of using it will be pleasant, seeing the excellent result.

During use, there may be different strategies to expel the water in the mouth. We recommend that you let the water flow out of your mouth on your own at the side/side of your mouth that is most comfortable at that moment. An alternative option is to collect water in the mouth and spit it out after a while.

The duration of cleaning depends on the user. We recommend cleaning until the water in the water tank is used up.

If you want to return an item, then:

1. You inform us of your wish in writing by sending an e-mail to info@klinii.lv

2. Add a description of the situation and a product photo.

3. We will send you a return form, which will include information about the order you placed, a brief description of the reason for the return, and the account number to which the return should be made.

4. Send the product together with the return form to the Omniva parcel office at Brīvības ielas 78a, or hand them over personally to the legal address of SIA "KK UN RH", by prior arrangement.

5. After receiving the product, within 1-4 working days, we will carry out an expert examination of the condition of the product and if everything corresponds to the information provided above, then we will send a message with a return confirmation.

The 14-day return period is considered to have been met if the User sends the goods before the end of the 14-day period and sends the shipment tracking code to info@klinii.lv.

Refunds are made within 1-2 business days after return approval from us.

The speed of receiving money depends on the client's bank account to which the transfer is to be made.
