RETURNS AND RIGHTS OF REFUSAL
The customer has the right to refuse the purchased goods within 14 days after receiving the order by sending them to the address below. The goods must not be damaged. Items may be used if they qualify for the 14-day trial promotion.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (With Omniva parcels, the shipping costs are 2 EUR)
Klinii will refund the received money to the payer's account within 1-3 working days from the day the customer receives confirmation of the returned goods.
Please send the returned goods, together with the order confirmation, to the Omniva parcel office at Brīvības ielas 78a or hand them over personally to the legal address of SIA "klinii" by prior arrangement.
The goods must be in their original packaging with a printed cancellation form, without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This term is considered to have been met if the User sends the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you have received a damaged product, please contact us by e-mail at info@klinii.lv. Please explain the situation in writing and attach a photo so that we can consider the application as soon as possible.
